Pottery Making Is Volatile

By choosing to participate in our pottery course, you are acknowledging and accepting the inherent variability and risks associated working with ceramics. While we strive to care for your work diligently, we cannot guarantee that your pottery will make it back to you in the exact condition in which you left it.

There are numerous factors beyond our control that may affect the outcome of your pottery, such as breakage, explosions, running glazes, cracks, or unexpected results during the firing process. These occurrences are a natural part of the learning experience and are inherent to working with clay.

Your decision to continue and book the course indicates your understanding and acceptance of these variables. It signifies that you are choosing to embrace the journey of learning and creating with clay, despite the uncertainties involved.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds, credits, or replacements for pottery that does not survive the process. Instead, we invite you to view this as an opportunity to engage in a collaborative and enriching experience, where you have the chance to co-create alongside us and fellow participants.

We look forward to sharing our passion for ceramics with you and fostering a supportive environment where you can enjoy learning and exploring the art of pottery.

Please be aware that if you're unable to attend your scheduled class, we kindly request that you consider gifting it to someone else as refunds are not provided. Should you wish to reschedule your class to a different date, please note that there is an administrative fee of $25 per person. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.
