Refunds Policy

Online bookings that require prepayment at booking, is your commitment to showing up. We do not give refunds for cancellations or changing to a different date because you are unable to make your original booking. We have taken that time off the calendar once you book. For this reason, we allow your booking to be transferred to a friend.

Payment is due at the time of sign up or failure to pay may result in your booking being cancelled and the spot being made available to others.

As a small, family-run business, we have been heavily impacted by cancellations due to COVID/recession. We have tried to make our T&C’s as flexible as possible while still ensuring our business can continue to provide a unique and wonderful experience. We thank you for your understanding and agreeing to these conditions when you book with us. Please note that we do not accept cancellations to all classes. This applies to COVID related situation so please only purchase a class with us if you are aware that we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy. We do not grant refunds. This also applies to cancelled private classes. No exceptions.

Booking Policy

Please note that all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations or changes made after your booking has been confirmed. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for items that have exploded in the kiln or for pieces that did not make it through the pottery process. Pottery can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pottery Making Is Volatile

You are choosing to endeavor in a craft that has many variables. In saying that, we do not guarantee that your pottery will make it back to you the way that you left it. We do our best to care for your work as if it were our own. Unfortunately, pieces break, pottery explodes, glazes run, cracks happen, pieces don't come out the way you expect them to be. It is something that's beyond our control too. Choosing to continue and book is your acknowledgment that you accept these variables as part of the learning pottery and understand that we will not refund, credit or replace any pottery that does not make it through the process. You are signing up for an experience, our environment, to co-create together and to enjoy learning with clay.
